Refund Eligibility
Refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or if the package is lost, we will reship your order at no additional cost. To process your claim for a damaged item, we require photographic evidence. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of receiving it.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item for a refund. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
