Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not accepted.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or if the package is lost, we will reship your order at no additional cost. To process your claim for a damaged item, we require photographic evidence. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of receiving it.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase that has not yet been shipped, you can request a full refund. Once orders are shipped, refunds are unfortunately not accepted.
