SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Locations
I currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, I do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any other locations at this time.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
All orders are shipped using Chit Chats Standard Shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. At this time, I do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options.
3. Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for me to process your order before it is shipped. As a small business owner with another full-time job, I’m managing Spectrum Locus on my own, so your patience is greatly appreciated. This processing time helps ensure that each order is carefully prepared and packaged before being sent out.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, you can expect the following delivery times:

Canada: 5-7 business days

United States: 7-14 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by Chit Chats and may vary due to factors beyond my control, such as customs delays or postal service disruptions.
5. Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking information, which will be provided to you once your order has shipped. You can use this information to track your order via the Chit Chats website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
I currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any locations outside of Canada and the United States.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your item arrives damaged or if the package is lost, I will reship your order at no additional cost. To process your claim for a damaged item, I require photographic evidence. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of receiving it.

Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, I will notify you as soon as possible. While I cannot control delays caused by the postal service, I will keep you informed and work to resolve any issues that arise.
8. Return Shipping
If you need to return an item, please be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches me safely. If you believe your return is due to a mistake on my part, please contact me, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
